
Toronto-based proptech startup Souqh Technologies is expanding its footprint into Western Canada through a new partnership with Greater Vancouver REALTORS®, giving more than 14,000 REALTORS® across Metro Vancouver access to its collaboration platform as a complimentary member benefit.
The partnership marks a significant growth move for Souqh as the company looks to position itself deeper within Canada’s real estate technology ecosystem. The platform is designed to connect real estate professionals with home service providers such as mortgage firms, law firms, movers, inspectors, and other housing-related businesses, aiming to reduce friction throughout the homeownership process.
Under the agreement, GVR members and their preferred partners will gain access to Souqh’s marketplace platform, which focuses on streamlining communication and collaboration between professionals involved in property transactions and home services.

The announcement comes as proptech companies increasingly look for ways to unify fragmented workflows across the real estate sector, particularly during the closing process where multiple vendors and service providers are often involved.
According to the companies, the rollout will include onboarding resources, marketing materials, FAQ documents, and webinar-style training sessions aimed at helping REALTORS® and brokerages adopt the platform.
