Mental fitness startup NTangible is bringing its predictive assessment technology to the high-speed world of motorsports through a new partnership with RFK Racing, marking the company’s latest expansion into elite athletic environments.
The Concord, N.C.-based racing team announced this week that NTangible will serve as its official mental fitness partner, providing advanced cognitive and psychological evaluations for its pit crews as part of the RFK Tek Alliance. The move underscores a growing recognition in professional sports that mental resilience is as critical as physical preparation when the pressure is on.

Unlike broad personality tests, NTangible’s tools are purpose-built for high-performance settings and are already in use across professional baseball, football, and Olympic teams.
